12) Governing Law; Jurisdiction and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site.
